It felt like we stepped back in time a few weeks and got a second autumn when we were in Washington DC because the leaves hadn’t fallen from the trees yet. The weather was beautiful and pretty warm (for the most part). I was excited to see all the famous monuments and buildings. There is so much history in DC and it made me a proud to be an American. I think these pictures will be fun for Simon to look back on when he is older.
