Our last two days in London we went to some big land marks — Buckingham Palace to see the guards with the “fuzzy hats,” inside Westminster Abbey and St. Paul’s Cathedral.
I always take photos of the cross walk lights. London has some cute ones<3
We didn’t stay for the changing of the guards because I heard it’s not really worth it. But we did see some guards and even ones on horses, so I call that a win.
Westminster Abbey was so cool to me. They had just had the King’s Coronation there a couple days before and everything was still set up mostly how it was when we watched it live on Youtube.
^Where it happened.
Since Dave had been inside St. Paul’s before, he waited outside with Simon while Cort and I looked around.
We didn’t even plan on really going to Leicester Square but we ended up staying there for a while because they had some green space for Simon to run around on and chase pigeons. Plus we had been walking so much, it was nice to take a little break and listen to the street performers.
^Cort contemplating if going on a trip with a toddler was worth it. lol.
