I’ve been so proud of Dave for waking up early every morning to practice either running, swimming or biking. He’s gotten in really good shape but unfortunately battling shin splints. We’re really hoping we can figure that out before next summer when he does more triathlons.
He did this race with his childhood friend, Mike. Simon and I went up with Mike’s family to cheer them on!
Dave did really well and got 3rd place for his age group! And more importantly beat his time from last year. Go Dave!
