I bought some paint and brushes for Simon at the beginning of February as a gift to give him on Valentine’s Day. I was too excited for him to try it though and I caved a few days before. I squirted all the colors on two paper plates – one for him and one for me – and put the paint brushes near us both. Then I just started painting and left Simon to watch me and figure it out himself. He so confidently picked up the paint brushes and started painting away. He painted some master pieces honestly.
We painted some hearts on Valentine’s Day while listening to music and eating snacks. What’s better than that on a Valentine’s Day?
