We went on a little date to the Tulip Festival with our friends Lexi and Christian and their baby girl Rayen. I kept checking the weather all day and the chance of rain kept progressively increasing. We went back and forth between going or not but thought we would hurry and go before the rain hit. But, of course, as soon as we got there it started pouring. I’m so glad we just decided to brave the rain though because it made for a memorable experience and our babies didn’t seem to mind. Plus it stopped raining eventually and a dose of fresh spring air and colorful flowers was just what I needed.
