In Fez, we stayed at Palais Mokri. It is a palace that dates back to 1906. Some of the Mokri family still lives there! It was fun to sort of feel like Moroccan royalty for a couple nights.
Our favorite place to eat in Fez was Café Clock. We went there a couple times.

Our favorite thing we did in Fez was walk up to the Merenid Tombs. From there we could see the whole city. I feel like it’s important to experience a new city from a high viewpoint to really take it all in.

In Marrakech, we found ourselves leaving our camera in the bag more than we usually do. There was so much to take in I think we were almost too overwhelmed haha. But now I wish I would have taken more photos of the streets and the beautiful & fun things they were selling. I think we were too scared people would want money from us for taking photos of their items for sell.
But we did take some photos on our last day at the Jardin Majorelle. We loved going to this garden for some peaceful moments after being in the hustle and bustle of Morocco.
We don’t have any other trips planned as of yet – we are thinking somewhere with a beach is next!
